THE PROCESS

Once our clients give us a requisition of staff, we will start to see firstly which candidates we can approach from our extensive database. Should we not find apt candidates we will then source suitable candidates out of the relevant industry who have the correct experience and qualify for the criteria. Once we have screened and interviewed for the positions in question we will introduce these prospective assignees to our clients. Upon their approval, we will then assign these candidates to our database taking care of all the Human Resources including salary, leave, sick leave, and disciplinary hearings.

 

The client will only be responsible for training and performance management. We take the HR part out of the process for our clients in order to ensure our valued service offering. The candidate will then be employed by HXP but working on the client's site. Temporary contracts can be from one week to six months.

We will then do a criminal and ITC check on the candidate of choice and once the results return clear the candidate can start working. Our recruitment fees are truly competitive in the market and are payable after the first three months of the candidate's start-up date.
